Round Cactus Propagation - Day 0

Spring is the time for growing! I'll admit that the most love I give to my round cactus is a watering every now and then when I remember it exists.

I just moved across the country last week. So I was checking out my plants to make sure they were acclimating to our new environment. The weather is a lot different in Oklahoma than West Virginia.

While checking out my plants, I noticed my round cactus has sprouted out babies! I used some tweezers and a comedone extractor to separate the babies from the mama plant and set them out in this fully repurposed lid to a strawberry container.

I'm gonna love them and let them grow some before I put them into their own nursery pots. I'm thinking these will be ready for my Etsy shop this fall.
